Gideon has many years of Internet web application development experience, beginning in 1995 with Sembawang Media, a major local communications company. Gideon was involved in various groundbreaking Internet projects, e.g. Cybershoppe, possibly the first online shopping site in Singapore, the Sembawang Corporation website, and the Pacific Internet homepage. Pacific Internet, a leading regional ISP and portal, made history by being the first Singapore Internet company to go public on NASDAQ in 1999. |
| After joining NEC Singapore Pte Ltd, Gideon developed two major applications for the company, Tourism ONE and Hotel ONE, which were among the batch of pioneer applications developed and showcased for Asia Telecom 97. After leaving NEC, Gideon, then 27 only, set up Web Synergies without real plans but at least a bedroom to work from. The company has since won numerous accolades and an award for the United Nations Environment Programme for the Asia Pacific website for its excellence in web development. |
| In his current position of CEO of Web Synergies, Gideon oversees major government and private sector IT projects, e.g., for Housing & Development Board, Singapore (HDB) and Sony, Merrill Lynch, etc. In addition, he has conducted workshops for the International Trade Institute of Singapore, a subsidiary of IE (Singapore international trade development board), in topics like ecommerce, Electronic Customer Relationship Management and Internet Marketing. The National Youth Achievement Award Council, in recognition of his experience, had asked him to be a judge for a national schools website competition. |
| Gideon, always a pioneer, was as a teenager among the first 50 members of City Harvest Church, now a 20,000 strong Christian community. He is presently worshipping in Zion Church, as the Lord leads, and serving him in the Christian community at large especially with regards to China ministries, where he has long felt God's plans in this direction. |

| Prabhu Kumar Gade is Executive Director at Web Synergies India. having more than 10 years of experience in web application development and delivery, Prabhu puts together his vast technical and IT project management skills with his strong team management skills to guarantee that projects get always delivered on time and that, yes, they better your expectations. Born in Repalle a small town in the Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh, India, Prabhu worked more than 4 years as a management board member and IT systems manager for a reputed organization and then more than two years as a systems analyst for a major software development company in India prior joining to Web Synergies. Prabhu joins Web Synergies in 1999 as senior systems analyst. |

| Experienced in technical architecture design, solution architecture, project management and company's all development and pre-sales activities. He also participates in the high level design of business and workflow systems, web portals and enterprise intranet applications. He has proven experience in leading the teams to deliver the applications on time with quality. Prabhu oversee the work of the Web Synergies development teams in Singapore and India. His portfolio encompasses major developments for highly reputed clients like Yokogawa, HP, Standard Chartered, Sony (Asia Pacific), NEC Singapore, Housing and Development Board, GE Life Insurance, Zurich Insurance Singapore and The Singapore Supreme Court and many other SMEs in Singapore. |
| Recently he has been promoted as Regional Sales Director and he is also overseeing the Indian operations as Executive Director. |
