Yokogawa India Ltd. has appointed Web Synergies to develop Web Enabled Skill Inventory System for its Engineering division. The proposed solution is to improve efficiency in the process of inventory, tracking and identification of the skill efficiency of the employees to fill the gaps in the skills and as well as promote and utilise the employee's various skills affectively. This will cut down the present manual process of handling the skills inventory and as well as improve the performance of the divisions.
