"Konica Minolta has selected Web Synergies to develop and implement their Customer Service Monitoring System for its client service requirements for Singapore and Asia Pacific region."

Konica Minolta awarded the contract to analyse, design, develop and implement the Client Service System for its servicing monitoring requirements operations in Singapore and region. The Project is to be developed in Microsoft.NET platform and expected to be implemented in September 2004.

The system would be web based and expected to be able to disseminate the problems and subsequent solutions by the technicians of one country to all other countries so that the recursive problems will be attended quickly with solutions retrieved from the database of previous and past service records.

It is intended that Service Call Monitoring Program will generate tabular data, to organize data and to prepare for reports at the end of each month.

We would like to provide web access to this database so as to achieve ease of delivery of information.  This database will ultimately be used by the distributors located at regional sites located in different countries.

The primary goal of database design is to ensure that data can be easily maintained over time.  Reports of customer data, machine data, service activity, technician's activity are to be produced every month.  This document describes the specifications required for acceptable delivery of tabular inventory and monitoring data.
