Web Synergies has developed SIP (Skill Inventory Package), a web based skills inventory and management system for Yokogawa India Ltd., for its Engineering Division to improve efficiency in the process of inventory, tracking and identification of the skill efficiency of the employees to fill the gaps in the skills and as well as promote and utilise the employee's various skills affectively.
This system has been delivered to Yokogawa India Limited on February 15th 2008 and it went live on the same day.
This is aimed to cut down the present manual process of handling the skills inventory and as well as improve the performance of the divisions.
