BOT Model
This is also called Build Operate Transfer Model. In this model, Web Synergies will build a team and infrastructure required for the customer based on the requirements provided and operates it for a period of time and make sure everything is going smooth and customer team is able to communicate and manage the team remotely in India. Once the right process is established and Customer doesn’t see the need of Web Synergies to monitor the teams physically, we will handover the team to them directly to manage themselves or their appointed representatives. |
Resource outsourcing
In this model we will provide resources on the monthly basis to the customer. These resources will work from Web Synergies or travel to customer city to work on their projects on need basis. charges will be determined based on the resource type and period. |
Project outsourcing
In this model, customers can outsource a complete project, part of the project or module to Web Synergies and responsibility of developing and delivering it according to the requirements specifications provided will be taken care by Web Synergies. Charges are determined at the beginning on project and man-days basis. |
