Web Synergies Budgeting system is a solution tool that meets comprehensive budgeting requirements. The exercise to consolidate Original Budget (OB) and Revised Budget (RB) exercise is catered in the system. |
Easy to use excel budget forms, from Sales/Purchases through Profit & Loss and generation of on-the-fly Balance Sheet. |
Account Information function can be considered the "heart" of the system. User will be able to define account codes and how it should appear in the budget form. This includes setting up formulas for the account and linking account among budget forms. |
| Flexibility of setting up manpower rates for manpower and its computation. |
Budgeting system is enriched with extensive allocation process. Supported allocation types are Common Allocation, Division Allocation to Cost Centers, Internal Cost Allocation and Profit Centre to Profit Centre Allocation. |
Budgeting System Depreciation process is based on Asset Value / Life (in months). System will use the computed value for all the available budget months. Quarter Actual are downloaded from SAP |
SAP incoming interface for G/L Actual, Fixed Asset, Actual Sales, Budgeted Sales and Finance Interest Rates. Account Receivable and Payable are outgoing interfaces to SAP. |
